-Kasr El-Aini Hospital is the main “Cairo University Hospital” and it is
Considered to be one of the largest hospital in the Middle East in regard the Number of patients that it serves through the” out-patient clinics, number of beds, Investigations facilities, quality and quantity of the operations done, and Equipments available”. There are 12 Surgical units in the main hospital, and each unit contains about 25-35 in-patients. Additional surgical in-patients are available in; a separate Accident and Emergency large unit, burn unit, and the other university hospitals- as the New Kasr El-Aini Teaching Hospital and The Manial University Specialty Hospital).

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abolfotooh Khalil is widely recognized for his expertise in complex breast surgery, with a particular focus on cases that require advanced planning and a highly individualized approach.
A significant number of patients referred to his practice present with challenging or previously operated cases.
